I am dedicated, loves what I do and have the drive to be at your side during every step of the buying and/or selling process. I bring 20+ years experience to the residential and commercial closing tables as a consistent multi-million dollar producer and was named one of BusINess Magazine's 20 Under 40 in 2007. I have been a mentor to new, newer and experienced agents for the past 20 years and have an extensive background in agent training as a stand-in team leader for one of the over 48 offices in Century 21 Circle large network of offices serving IN, IL and FL with over 1,400 agents. Since 2001 I have taken on various general/construction management roles throughout Chicago, Northwest Indiana and Central Michigan in the areas of residential new construction, businesses and other performing assets such as hotel, retail, light industrial and multi-family real estate. These roles often included vision and hands on design (i.e. site plans, home plans and space plans for interior build-outs) for the various projects he has worked on.

PASSION
History has always intrigued Joe and real estate is his forte so it's fitting that he has also been actively involved in restoring one of the "Homes of Tomorrow" from the 1933-34 Chicago World's Fair for the past 20 years. The Wiebolt-Rostone House as well as all the other homes were significant because they were all constructed to demonstrate revolutionary new products to the marketplace during the "Great Depression" (i.e. drywall, plywood, automatic dishwashers, attached garages, etc.).
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
I am a co-founder and organizer for Crown Point Cares which begin in 2008. CPC was started as a non-perishable food donation program for Northwest Indiana residents in need. What all started to help neighboring residents has morphed itself into a treadition and show of a small town that cares. Donations have gone as far as to help the victims of the EF-5 tornado that ripped through Joplin, MO in 2011, to the victims of the EF-2 tornado that ripped through parts of Kokomo in 2013 and to residents in Alvin, TX when an EF-3 landed there in 2019.
